We have a 2022 Limited. It has been a great car with great options. It rides smoothly. It’s great in snow and ice. It has a lot of options for the price, and Subaru is always at the top of the list for safety.…

        Great up to a point

        by Adam C on 3/24/2026 1:28:49 PM

We have a 2020 Ascent Limited. We like its features. Ride is a bit bumpy (my wife's term) and there can be more than a little road noise - but less than in the Outback we used to own. The radio is ok but it does lag from the initial startup of the car to pressing buttons which is a bit annoying and I wish that I could update the software to the new software that is in the 26 Outback. Even with all of that said, the Ascent fits our needs and we are happy with the AWD system and the overall handling. The Ascent is a joy to drive and has been very capable when needed. Keep up with the maintenance schedule and drive it like a normal human and the vehicle will treat you well.…
